[1/2] contest prize designs for DesmodiaDesigns

My idea/ concept:
this creature seems to be made of glass covered in a thick layer of fur worn like a costume. Nobody ever saw it without its pelt costume.
Glass-y (blue) parts can glow at night or at dark places. Row of glass spikes runs down the spine ends in tail.
Whenever it glows the fur, if worn, appears to be of a blue-ish white color (similar to snow).

doesnt need to be glass it can be gems or some other material
